Chairman & Founder
Fred Abbo is a visionary entrepreneur and industry leader whose career in construction and real estate spans over five decades. He founded his first U.S. company in 1974 and established the Prime Group companies in 1987, building a legacy of innovation and growth.
As President and Chairman, Abbo sets the strategic vision for Prime Group, overseeing policy, finance, marketing, and sales at both national and international levels. Under his leadership, Prime Group has become a nationally recognized, vertically integrated organization known for excellence in development, construction, and investment across
multiple markets.
Fred’s expertise covers all aspects of the construction industry, guiding projects from concept to completion and expanding the company’s reach domestically and internationally. He has received numerous accolades, including Builder of the Year honors from the Builders Association of South Florida and the Latin Builders Association, as well as over 200 Florida’s BEST and Treasure Coast Medallion Awards. Abbo is also widely respected for his civic engagement and philanthropy, earning multiple recognitions for his contributions to the community

Larry Mayer Abbo is the Chief Executive Officer of Prime Group US, a privately held real estate investment, development, and management firm based in South Florida. Under his visionary leadership, Prime Group has grown into a dynamic, vertically integrated company with a diverse portfolio encompassing commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties throughout the United States.
With decades of experience in real estate and finance, Larry brings a strategic, hands-on approach to every facet of the business—from acquisitions and development to asset management and capital markets. He is known for his keen market insight, commitment to excellence, and ability to identify and execute high-yield investment opportunities in both emerging and established markets.
Larry is deeply committed to innovation, community engagement, and sustainable development practices.
