After great success in Sarasota, we’ve expanded, bringing curated exhibitions to our venues like Hilton Miami Aventura, the Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Downtown, The Daytona Hotel,
Playa Largo Resort & Spa and Faro Blanco Resort.
These spaces will become lively canvases for diverse artistic expressions, enriching both guests and the local community. ARTISTRY BY LOCATION
Artistry by Location was born from Prime Group’s vision to transform each property and community into a unique canvas, reflecting the distinct personality and spirit of its surroundings. By seamlessly integrating our internal corporate arts program into every development, we infuse brand elements, colors, textures, murals, sculptures, and architecture into a harmonious expression of each location’s identity. Through curated exhibitions and rotating art programs, our spaces become dynamic showcases—offering guests and residents immersive experiences that are both visually captivating and deeply rooted in local culture.
This journey began with the Art Ovation Hotel in Sarasota, where local artists and ever-changing exhibitions brought the city’s vibrant energy to life. Building on this success, we extended our Artistry by Location concept to Hilton Miami Aventura, Courtyard Fort Lauderdale Downtown, and beyond—each property embracing its own artistic narrative. From the tranquil, ocean-inspired Playa Largo Resort & Spa to the nautical heritage of Faro Blanco Resort and the racing spirit of The Daytona Hotel, every destination tells its own story through art.
As we look ahead, new developments and mixed-use spaces await, ready to be transformed into living galleries that celebrate creativity, culture, and
the unique character of each community.
